Making Doi er Ghol – the Bengali way!

Grisso kal aar tok doi er ghol !

Classic Bengali drink that comes to my mind after lebur jol (lemonade) is doi er ghol. The sourness of the curd along with the tangy-ness of the lemon served chilled hits your taste buds at the right place. making doi er ghol is an example of simplicity and delicacy and the recipe varies based on the preference of the person. I am sharing the recipe that my family uses. Hope you like this refreshing drink on a hot summer day.
